Subprocessors

Get Pro Tools uses the following third-party services (“subprocessors”) to deliver the platform. Each subprocessor receives only the data necessary for its specific function. We review subprocessors regularly and update this list when changes are made.

Frankfurt, EU (eu-central-1)
Purpose: Database (user accounts, Gmail connections, email metadata)
Data shared: Account data, encrypted Gmail OAuth tokens, usage metadata
EU region
Purpose: Application hosting and serverless functions
Data shared: Request data necessary to serve the application
United States
Purpose: AI draft generation — email content is sent to OpenAI for processing
Data shared: Email content (subject, body, thread context) sent transiently for draft generation. Not used for training. Subject to OpenAI's API data processing terms.
United States / EU
Purpose: Gmail API (inbox access, drafts, send), OAuth identity (login)
Data shared: OAuth tokens, API calls to Gmail on behalf of the user. Use governed by Google API Services User Data Policy.
United States / EU
Purpose: Payment processing and subscription management
Data shared: Name, email, billing address. Card data handled entirely by Stripe — not stored by us.
United States
Purpose: Transactional and marketing email (e.g. trial reminders, product updates)
Data shared: Name and email address of subscribers
United States / EU
Purpose: Error monitoring and crash reporting
Data shared: Stack traces, error context, and metadata. Email message body content is explicitly excluded from Sentry logs.
Google API Limited Use
Get Pro Tools’ use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is used only to provide the AI Email Assistant feature. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared beyond what is listed in this table.
