Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Get Pro Tools, operated by JL Vijfkant 2009 S.L. (“we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service description

Get Pro Tools is a SaaS platform offering AI productivity tools for small businesses. The current live product is the AI Email Assistant, which reads your Gmail inbox, generates draft replies using AI, and sends them only after your explicit approval. Additional tools may be added over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@getpro.tools if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Gmail integration

The AI Email Assistant requires you to connect a Gmail account using Google OAuth. By connecting Gmail you authorise Get Pro Tools to:

• Read emails and threads to generate draft replies
• Read your send-as aliases to reply from the correct address
• Create drafts in your Gmail account
• Send emails on your behalf — only after your explicit approval

You retain full control. Nothing is sent without your review and approval. You can disconnect Gmail at any time from Account settings. We do not permanently delete Gmail messages through the API. We do not sell Gmail data. We do not use Gmail data for advertising. Our use of Gmail data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or harassing content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to the service without our permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Use the service in a way that violates Google’s terms of service or Gmail policies

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. A free trial period may be offered; after the trial, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing settings. Refunds are not provided for partial months, except where required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The Get Pro Tools platform, including its code, design, and brand, is owned by JL Vijfkant 2009 S.L. Your data (including your emails and drafts) remains yours. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to deliver the service to you.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated drafts will be accurate, appropriate, or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before approving it for sending.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the service ends and your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or by a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
